To allow enough time for any special instructions, paperwork, and settling in of your dogs, clients should arrive no later than one half-hour before our posted closing times

December 24 - closed at 11:00 am and will reopen December 27
Check out time each day is 11:00 am
This gives us time to prepare the space for the next guest. If you pick up your pet in the afternoon you are charged for that day
Because we are available for our clients six days a week, our own personal time becomes very important. Arrivals or departures outside of our posted hours are available by appointment only.
There is a $50 fee for this service
